| US 2: at Taylor Street bridge closed because of bridge maintenance work -- follow local detour — until October 27 Comment: The Taylor Street Bridge that spans the Winooski River between Memorial Drive and State Street in the City of Montpelier has been closed effective 02/08/10 and will undergo Rehabilitation of the structure. Work also includes reconstruction of the approaches, replacement of the deck surface, railings & guradrails, reconstruction of the roadway approaches and replacement of the bridge suspended municipal water main.
